Add Ons / Additional Fees
Additional Images if made at the same time as selections - $40 ea (including GST and standard licensing)
Additional Images if made one month or later after delivery - $60 ea (including GST and standard licensing)
Photoshoot extension fee - $190 per hour (inc GST)
Late notice booking fee (7 days or less) - $60
Cancellation fee (within 7 days or less) - $200
Image Usage
Standard Usage Licence for website/social media/ internal marketing. Usage for client only (no third-party usage or on-sell). Extra business usage licences can be added to share photoshoot imagery, example; the builder/architect/interior designer to share photoshoot costs each extra licence is $450 (inc GST).
An Extended Licence can be generated on request.
Proofs
All images from the photoshoot are sent to you as low-resolution, RAW files, and from these you make your selections. The images you select will then be professionally edited for you.
Delivery
High resolution (300dpi) & low resolution (150dpi) versions included (file type JPEG's).
Other file types and size options can be quoted on request.
Terms & Conditions
No images will be delivered until final payment has been made.
Prices quoted are based on a Standard Image Licence for the imagery. T&C's available on request.
Images are only licenced for usage to the client when the invoice is paid in full. Images can not be used until paid for in full.
Editing Included - Colour correction and enhancement to editorial quality.
Proof Images are not to be used for anything other than selections. These are raw proofs for selecting images for editing ONLY.
Images will be delivered via Dropbox as high and low-resolution (email, web and socials friendly) JPEG files less otherwise specified.
Archiving remains the responsibility of the client on receiving the images.
Images are licensed to the client invoiced only. Images may not be passed on, gifted or sold to third parties.
Image Usage - Standard usage licence for internal marketing/website/social media for client only, no third party usage or on sell.
An Extended Licence quote for publication in any manner can be supplied on request.
